Questionnaire for measuring Customer Satisfaction in E-Commerce

Respected Sir / Madam,

          I am Princy Francis working as Assistant Professor of Commerce at MES ASMABI college, Kodungallur and currently pursuing my research work for a doctorate.

         The topic of my work is A Study on Customer Satisfaction in E-Commerce: With Special Reference to Kerala. So I request you (if you have a minimum of  two online purchase of physical products and have completed 18 years old) to kindly fill up the questionnaire given below and help me to carry on my research work.

           It contains 3 phases namely socio-demographic profile, internet usage habits and e-customer satisfaction measurement. Your responses would be kept strictly confidential and would be used only for academic purposes.
